Allegheny RiverStone Center for the Arts (ARCA) is a non-profit organization providing musical performances and cultural events to the Allegheny Clarion River Valley. Performances are usually at Lincoln Hall in downtown Foxburg. Events are held at the beautiful 1,200 acre RiverStone Farm Estate, located at the confluence of the Allegheny and Clarion Rivers.

To reach Foxburg from I-80, take either Exit 42 or 45 Exit 42 - Follow signs to Emlenton. Pass under I-80 bridge, travel 3 miles on route 268 along the Allegheny River. Turn left onto route 58, cross the Foxburg Bridge for Lincoln Hall turn right on Main St. to park in front of the Foxburg Library or the second right onto South Palmer St. and park on upper level beside Lincoln Hall. For Riversrone Farm Events travel up the hill on Rt 58. Just after the Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School, turn right on Foxview Road and go 1 mile to RiverStone Farm and Event Center. Exit 45 - East bound turn right at end of ramp Rte. 478. Go 3 miles into St. Petersburg. At T intersection at Rte. 58, turn right, go 2 miles on Rt 58. For Riverstone Farm Events turn left just before Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School on Foxview Road and go 1 mile to RiverStone Farm and Event Center. For Lincoln Hall Performances continue on Rt 58 past schools travel down long hill and turn left on South Palmer St. or Main St. Coming from west I-80 off-ramp, turn left on Rt. 208, travel 200 yards then turn left again onto Rte. 478. Go 3 miles into St. Petersburg. At T intersection at Rte. 58, turn right, go 2 miles on RT 58 and if for Riverstone Farm Events turn left just before Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School, on Foxview Road and go 1 mile to RiverStone Farm and Event Center. For Lincoln Hall continue on Rt 58 down long hill and turn left on to South Palmer St. or Main St.
